Superb edge of the “railing” thriller…

The setting is very well described and i could almost imagine it in my head. However i couldnt figure out what was there under the bridge…

Dude, nice narration… You built up a nice climax… something is missing… I understood he stepped into the water and… but what did he see in the water… what provoked him… a statement or two or some more description in the beginning… I guess, would make more captivating…
